Frequently asked questions
USP does not provide the student card for the MBA students. Students can request the UNE student cardon (https://www.une.org.br/) or ISIC (https://www.carteiradoestudante.com.br) by presenting the declaration of enrollment to these institutions.
The declaration of enrollment can be issued in the Student Area. Find below the instructions to issue it:
– Access the student area;
– Click on “dashboard”;
– Click on the grey framework “Documents”;
– Click on the name of the course in which you are enrolled;
– Click on view (eye) or download (cloud).
Click on “Forgot my password” and a new one will be sent to your e-mail. In case you don’t remember your login, please send an e-mail to info@pecege.com informing your full name and class.
The final paper is required for the completion of the MBA degree offered by Esalq/USP (Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture). Each semester, all students complete their programs by publicly elaborating and presenting their final papers. The presentation will take place in Piracicaba (SP) in the face-to-face format during the SIM event.
In case the members of the same family are enrolled in any of the MBA USP/Esalq courses they will have a 10% off in the total value of each installment.
* Discounts are cumulative if the student fits into more than one condition described above. All rebates are applied on the basic amount of the tuition fee.
** Parents, siblings, spouses and children are considered members of a same family. The discount for members of a same family is not cumulative if the relative has already been granted with a partner company’s discount as a dependent.
Yes, there are. The tests are made available in the Student Area after the exhibition of the live class (except for classes taught on Fridays and Saturdays. In this case, the tests are released on Tuesdays) and are available for 21 days. The student will have 3 (three) attempts, where the highest grade will be considered the right one.
Applicants need to send to the Secretariat copies of an identity document (passport, RNE (National Foreigner Registration), RNM (National Migration Registration), or the identity document of their country of origin), and a course diploma. Applicants with a higher education diploma from outside Brazil have to send the diploma, records, and program from the higher education course studied.
Student must have completed their Undergraduate Degree until the course’s start date.
Recently graduated students must send a copy of the Undergraduate Degree and the official academic record, both documents informing the date of graduation for analysis in the selection process.
How to attach documents?
- Access the MBA USP/Esalq website and click on “Student Area” (the upper right corner of your screen);
- Enter your user and password;
- In the upper right corner of your screen, click on “Welcome _____________” When you open the options, click on “My attachments”; Upload the documents individually identifying them.
The classes are presented live once a week. After the live classes, the video is edited and made available in the Student Area until 11:59 pm of the next day. All this content will be available for access at any time and day until the end of the course (until the delivery and presentation of the final paper).
Former students of any MBA USP/Esalq have 15% discount in each installment of another course.
*A former student is the one who delivered and presented the final paper.
The Distance Education MBA is 18 months-long and the student will only have one face-to-face mandatory meeting: the final paper presentation and the final test. Both happen in Piracicaba (SP), Brazil.
Students enrolled in the MBA USP/Esalq have 15% discount in each installment to take a second course.
Bills, as well as the installment history, are available on the Dashboard in the green box labeled “Finances”, found under “My Courses.”
Students from partner companies have a 10% discount in each installment. For more information, please send an email to info@pecege.com.
* To be eligible for the discount, students must request it through the
email studentfinances@pecege.com by attaching a document that proves their
relationship with the company (payslip or declaration).
** The discount will only be applied in the installments subsequent to the
request, not retroacting to the ones paid before the agreement.
The enrollment must be made on the course page until the course’s start
date. Find the instructions below:
1st: fill in the enrollment form with personal data and create a user and password to access the Student Area;
2nd: choose the payment method (credit card);
3rd: pay the enrollment fee generated after the application;
4th: after the enrollment fee payment, you must attach the documentation required in the Student Area, on the “Documents” box located on the “Personal Documents” field and wait for the secretariat answer regarding the documentation analysis (up to 5 business days);
5th: follow the enrollment status in the Student Area;
6th: after completing all of these steps, you will receive an approval message of your enrollment.
